I really like this but with the goggles and look, she seems very commanding; yet with the collar it seems like someone else is in control. Confusing. Maybe if someone else were on the other end to tell the rest of the story?

Man, when I first saw that image on Ponibooru, I was like "Is this a reference to A Clockwork Orange/Blade Runner/The Fifth Element or something?" After following the links back to the source, though... I'm even more confused than before.

They're both nice artworks to be sure, but I just don't get it.
